Refund and Returns Policy – Craigshirt

Our Commitment

At Craigshirt, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that choosing the right shirt, rug, blanket, or shower curtain is personal, and we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, our returns and refund process is designed to be straightforward and fair.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Location: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for customers in the United States.
  • Products: Applies to all Craigshirt products – shirts, rugs, blankets, and shower curtains.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Window: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for eligible products in new condition, within the same 30-day window.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected].
  • After 6 hours, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.

3. Not Happy With Your Order?

If your shirt, rug, blanket, or shower curtain is not what you expected, please:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and a clear photograph of the product (laid flat, showing tags and any concerns).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return or resolution instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every Craigshirt product. If your item arrives damaged, with a defect, or is not the product you ordered:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos showing the problem (flat surface, tags visible, and issue highlighted).
  • If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a replacement at no cost or a full refund (your choice).
  • For defective or incorrect items, you do not need to return the product—we’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Please note:
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tear, or items that have been modified.


5. How to Return an Item

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and clear photo(s).
  • Step 2: If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label by email.
  • Step 3: Pack your item securely, include all original packaging/tags, and affix the label.
  • Step 4: Drop off at your local postal facility.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method only.
    • Credit card: Up to 10 business days
    • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • No restocking fee and no return shipping cost for approved returns/exchanges.
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

7. Limitations & Special Cases

  • Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days of delivery are not accepted.
  • Items returned without authorization, or that do not meet the return criteria (e.g., used, washed, missing tags), will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defect or wrong item).

8. Partial Shipments & Missing Items

If you order multiple items (shirts, rugs, blankets, or shower curtains), they may arrive in separate packages.
If an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details for prompt resolution.
