1. Shipping Coverage

At Craigshirt, we proudly serve customers across the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with non-US addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.


2. Order Processing & Production

  • Made to Order: All products—Shirts, Rugs, Blankets, and Shower Curtains—are made to order and custom-printed just for you.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders received by 00:00 (midnight), GMT+7, will begin processing that business day. Orders placed after cut-off will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling/Production Time:
    • Typical: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Orders are reviewed for completeness and accuracy. If additional info is needed, our team will reach out via email. Please reply promptly to avoid delays.
  • Business Hours: Orders are processed during support hours only (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 GMT+7).

3. Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Time

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping (domestic US only).
  • Shipping Rate: Flat rate of $4.95 per order, regardless of size, weight, or number of items.
  • Shipping Carrier: We use reliable US carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS, based on your delivery location.
  • Estimated Transit/Shipping Time:
    • 5–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), depending on your location within the US.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time:
    • 8–21 business days (Handling/Production + Shipping/Transit).
    • Example: If you order on a Monday, your order may arrive as soon as the following week or up to three weeks later, depending on order volume and your location.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 7 business days.
  • Tracking Activation: It may take up to 3 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
  • How to Track: Use the tracking link in your email or visit our “Track Order” page at craigshirt.com.
  • Multiple Packages: For orders with multiple items, products may ship separately for faster fulfillment. Each package will have its own tracking number.

5. Address & Order Changes

  • Shipping Address: Orders cannot be changed or rerouted after they enter production.
  • If you realize your shipping address is incorrect and your order is not yet in production, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at [email protected].
  • Order Changes: Once your order is verified and in production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Shipping Issues & Delays

  • Delivery Window: Please allow 8–21 business days for your order to arrive.
  • Delays: Delivery may be impacted by weather events, high order volume, carrier delays, or incomplete address information. We will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
  • Lost or Missing Packages:
    • If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, check all secure locations and contact your local carrier.
    • If still missing, please notify us within 48 hours at [email protected] so we can assist with an investigation and replacement if necessary.
  • Partial Shipments: If you receive only part of your order, the remaining items are on their way in separate packages.

7. Taxes & Duties

  • No Sales Tax: Craigshirt does not charge sales tax on any orders shipped within the US.
  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout (product + flat shipping) is the final amount you will be charged.

A: Orders are custom-produced and typically ship within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

A: After production, shipping within the US takes 5–14 business days. Total delivery time is 8–21 business days.

A: Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships.

Q4. Why did I receive only one item from my order?
A: Some items may ship separately. All items will arrive.

Q5. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: We do not offer multi-address shipping. Please place a separate order for each shipping location.

Q6. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to US PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS, but delivery may take longer.
